Why pay more than you need for the same service?

If you use a letting agent  or Estate Agent they can probably arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate for your property, the fee will probably  also include extra admin charges which can make them more expensive than they need to be. In these financially worrying times, you need to keep your overheads down.  That is why it will be cheaper to go to an Independent Energy Assessor direct. Why pay more than you need  for the same service? You will receive a professional friendly service carried out at your convience.

The cost of a Residential Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) includes a site survey by a National Association of Estate Agents qualified, Domestic Energy Assessor.  You will receive a printed Energy Performance Certificate which is valid for 10 years for privately rented properties or 3 years for properties that are being sold. The certificate will also include recommendations of how to improve your property to make it more energy efficient. I aim to have the certificate available within 2 days more often sooner.
